David Brookes is an integrated PR pro and author who’s spent 20+ years turning founders and CEOs into industry voices. He previously built a PR and content agency from the ground up, working with fast-growth startups and household names like Amazon, AWS, Sony Music, Deliveroo and Zoopla. By 40, he’d “made it,” but felt lost and disconnected. By 43, he sold up and started again. Today he runs a much smaller operation, works with a handful of clients, and has never been happier. His philosophy: prioritise personal growth, and business growth tends to follow.
